[김천=황악신문] 윤석열 정부에서 관리비서관과 국토교통부 제1차관 등 중책을 역임한 김오진 국회의원 예비후보가 15일 오전 김천시 선거사무소에서 공약 발표회 및 기자간담회를 개최했다.

이번 행사에서 김 예비후보는 자신의 비전인 '김천 그랜드 비전'을 발표, 김천을 다양한 분야에서 발전시키겠다는 포부를 공개했다.

김 예비후보의 계획은 김천을 '스마트 교통물류 거점도시', '미래선도 첨단산업도시', '미래형 인재양성 교육도시', '생활낙원 안심환경 행복도시', '맞춤형 통합 보건의료서비스 건강도시'로 개발하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

김 예비후보는 김천을 전국적으로 접근성이 우수한 물류 거점으로 발전시키고, 상업, 주거, 문화 기능을 갖춘 융복합 물류단지를 조성하겠다고 밝혔다. 이와 함께, 첨단산업 분야의 발전을 위해 기회발전특구 조성 및 우량 기업 유치를 추진하며, 김천의 교육 인프라 강화를 통해 지역 내 기업이 필요로 하는 인재를 양성하겠다는 계획을 제시했다.

또한 김 예비후보는 도시재생 뉴딜사업을 포함한 주거환경 개선과 생활 인프라 확충에 주력하며, 공공기관 이전 및 의료 인프라 확대를 통해 김천을 건강하고 안전한 도시로 만들겠다는 의지를 표명했다.

김 예비후보의 발표는 김천시의 발전 가능성을 제시하며, 지역 경제 활성화와 주민들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색하는 것으로 평가될 수 있다.

Kim's plan aims to develop Gimcheon into a 'smart transportation and logistics hub city', 'future-leading advanced industry city', 'future-oriented talent nurturing education city', 'livable safe environment happiness city', and 'customized integrated healthcare service healthy city'.

He announced plans to develop Gimcheon into a nationally accessible logistics hub with the creation of a multi-functional logistics complex that includes commercial, residential, and cultural features. Additionally, he aims to foster the development of advanced industries by establishing opportunity development special zones and attracting high-quality companies. Moreover, he plans to strengthen Gimcheon's educational infrastructure to nurture local talents needed by businesses within the region.

Furthermore, Kim expressed his determination to focus on improving the residential environment and expanding living infrastructure through urban regeneration New Deal projects, and to make Gimcheon a healthy and safe city by relocating public institutions and expanding medical infrastructure.
