[김천=황악신문] 김천시 열린민원과가 주최한 설 명절 대비 전통시장 장보기 행사가 지난 5일 황금시장에서 진행됐다. 이번 행사는 경기 침체로 어려움을 겪고 있는 전통시장 상인들을 지원하고, 지역 경제를 활성화하기 위해 마련되었다.

행사에 참여한 김천시 열린민원과 직원들은 김천사랑상품권과 김천사랑카드를 사용하여 농산물, 제사용품 등 설 명절에 필요한 다양한 상품을 구입했다. 이는 지역 화폐의 유통을 촉진하고, 전통시장 이용을 장려하는 데에도 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

김용환 열린민원과장은 "이번 장보기 행사를 통해 재래시장이 다시 활기를 찾고, 골목상권이 살아나길 바란다"며, "시민들이 전통시장의 가치를 인식하고, 앞으로도 적극적으로 이용하기를 기대한다"고 말했다.

김천시는 앞으로도 전통시장을 비롯한 지역 경제 활성화를 위한 다양한 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이며, 시민들의 적극적인 참여와 관심을 당부했다.

Participants from the Open Civil Affairs Department of Kimcheon City used Kimcheon Love Gift Certificates and Kimcheon Love Cards to purchase a variety of products necessary for the Lunar New Year, including agricultural products and ritual supplies. This is expected to promote the circulation of local currency and encourage the use of traditional markets.

Kim Yong-hwan, the head of the Open Civil Affairs Department, expressed his hope that "this shopping event will reinvigorate the traditional markets and revive the alleyway economies, and that citizens will recognize the value of traditional markets and continue to actively use them."

Kimcheon City plans to continue various projects to revitalize the local economy, including traditional markets, and calls for active participation and interest from the citizens.
